Application for Jury Selection
Worthington Craft Guild Calico Shows 2016
The Worthington Craft Guild is a co-operative of arts/crafts persons dedicated to marketing
quality hand crafted items since 1973. We sponsor three shows annually at the Shops at Worthington Place. The quantity of each category of artist is limited. Guests are juried in the order in which this application is received. Acceptance by the jury does not guarantee your space.
If you are accepted by the jury, an acceptance letter and show application will be mailed to
you. You then have 30 days in which to return the completed application and your booth fees. Booth spaces are assigned in the order in which show applications and booth fees are received. If your application and booth fee are not received in a timely manner, your acceptance is no longer guaranteed.

Do not send booth fees until you receive an acceptance letter and show application.
Please submit all of the following items to the address below:
1. Completed Jury Form (page 2).
2. One photo of your booth and 3 or 4 photographs of your items. Only work represented (and approved) by submitted images may be exhibited.
3. A self-addressed, stamped envelope with sufficient postage to return your photos.
4. Jury fee: $5.00 per show, made payable to Worthington Craft Guild. This fee is not refundable.
Only photos may be submitted via email. All other items above must be mailed. Photos submitted via email will not be juried until all above items are received.

Only work represented by submitted images can be exhibited. The Guild reserves the right to refuse exhibition of work that is not consistent with the artist’s submitted images.
Artists may apply in two categories. A separate application and images must be
submitted for each category.
Artists may exhibit their work only in the categories in which they are accepted.
